Once you've made a 100lb burger, you've can't stop there. You've got to tackle all the cookout staples, and thankfully the Epic Meal Time guys have moved on to hot dogs with their latest creation: The 66lb Hot Dog Sundae.

Minor League Inland Empire 66ers' 66lb Hot Dog Sundae

Made especially for the Inland Empire 66ers, a Minor League baseball team out in San Bernardino, this monster dog riffs on their name in two important ways. Obviously, there's the weight, but this frank also includes 66 different ingredients. Don't go thinking they half-assed it with a bunch of condiments, either (though they do have several of those). Bacon chili, pad Thai, chimichurri, Beluga caviar, and donuts are just a few cogs in this meaty machine -- and from what we can tell, they complemented each other beautifully.
The sundae is tentatively scheduled to appear on Epic Meal Empire on FYI in October or November. That leaves you plenty of time to craft your own (lesser) version for the premiere by adding a few more of the epic ingredient options, like spin dip, mac 'n cheese, poached eggs, teriyaki, and chow mein.
