The Minnesota Twins unveiled their new primary home uniform, which they will begin wearing in 2015.
There are a pair of significant changes to the uniforms. The new uniform does not have pinstripes on it for the first time since 1987, according to The Star Tribune's Ken Chia.

The Twins will also added a gold trim to the uniform to complement the scarlet red and navy blue color scheme. The team first used the Minnesota Kasota Gold on uniforms when it hosted the All-Star Game last season.
Twins president Dave St. Peter said the team added the gold to represent the state.
"The Twins have a proud tradition and believe the team's uniforms have long been among the best in baseball. We are excited to introduce a new contemporary primary home uniform which evolves our brand via the introduction of a gold accent color representative of our home state, as well as our home ballpark."
The Twins finished 70-92 last season and in last place in the AL Central.
