CHICAGO -- Despite being overshadowed by ace Corey Kluber, Indians right-hander Trevor Bauer was equally as impressive in a 3-1 victory over the White Sox on Tuesday night. Bauer was quiet as he left the mound for the final time in the eighth inning, leaving without much notice after allowing one earned run and four hits and striking out seven over 7 1/3 innings.The victory snapped Chicago's six-game winning streak and marked back-to-back games in which the White Sox have scored two runs or fewer.
Cleveland used two triples to get its offense going against White Sox starter Jose Quintana.

But Indians right-hander Cody Allen struck out Avisail Garcia to end the inning and eliminate the threat.Garcia gaffe: On the second pitch of the game, Garcia was in position in right field to make a routine catch on a line drive hit by Jason Kipnis. But Garcia watched the ball fly over his mitt as he misjudged the ball and ran too far forward.
