MINNEAPOLIS (AP) -- Logan Morrison's RBI double in the 11th inning broke the tie and Austin Jackson added a two-run double as the Seattle Mariners outlasted the Minnesota Twins 4-1 on Sunday.Rookie Ketel Marte had three hits and a walk in his third major league game for Seattle, which split the four-game series and won for the second time in seven games.Reliever Kevin Jepsen (2-6) lost his Minnesota debut after being picked up before Friday's trading deadline. Jepsen walked two batters and struck out Nelson Cruz with two runners on. 
Fernando Rodney (4-4) pitched around a walk in the 10th, and Tom Wilhelmsen allowed a leadoff double in the 11th before recording his second save in as many chances.Cruz broke a 0-0 tie in the top of the ninth with his 29th home run of the season, deep off the batter's eye in center field. Minnesota closer Glen Perkins has allowed runs in four of his six outings since the All-Star break after giving up just five runs in 38 games before it.Brian Dozier tied the game in the bottom of the inning with his 23rd homer of the season off Seattle starter Hisashi Iwakuma, who had allowed just two baserunners until the ninth.Iwakuma continued his mastery of the Twins until Dozier's blast. The right-hander hadn't allowed a run to Minnesota in his first five career starts and entered the ninth with a span of 42 straight scoreless innings.He finished with a season-high eight strikeouts while giving up three hits and a walk.Mike Pelfrey, who had lost five straight decisions, matched Iwakuma.Seattle had two hits in the first inning, but Pelfrey got a double play and a groundout to get out of the jam. He retired 15 of the final 17 hitters he faced and got 16 of his outs on groundballs before leaving after eight innings.
