Anderson, 27, was 10-9 with a 3.69 ERA in 31 starts in 2015. He struck out 116 batters in 180 1/3 innings. The Astros' Colby Rasmus became the first player ever to accept a qualifying offer Friday, and the Orioles' Matt Wieters also accepted his.
