PHOENIX -- Miguel Montero's walk-off home run in the 10th inning led the D-backs past the Rockies, 5-4, on Wednesday night at Chase Field.
The win snapped the D-backs' four-game losing streak and was just their third home win in 18 games.
The D-backs looked to be on their way to their fifth loss in a row when they were down to their last out in the ninth and trailed 4-2.
But pinch-hitter Chris Owings doubled to put runners at second and third, and after Gerardo Parra was hit by a pitch, Martin Prado singled sharply up the middle to score two runs and tie the game at 4.

Montero then led off the 10th against Tommy Kahnle with a home run to right, his first career walk-off hit of any kind.
Three batters into the game, the Rockies already led 2-0 thanks to a single by Drew Stubbs and a home run to right by Carlos Gonzalez.
The Rockies put up another two-spot in the third inning.
Colorado right-hander Jordan Lyles helped his own cause when he led off the frame with a home run to left, his second career homer. Later in the inning, Charlie Blackmon scored on a wild pitch to put the Rockies up 4-0.
Lyles was even better on the mound as he held the D-backs to just one hit through five innings.
Finally in the sixth, the D-backs were able to break through when Prado singled, moved to third on a double by Paul Goldschmidt and came home to score on Aaron Hill's grounder.
The D-backs inched to within 4-2 in the eighth when Goldschmidt hit his fourth homer of the year.
