The Angels retained a big piece of their bullpen Thursday, picking up their $7 million option on closer Huston Street.The Halos acquired Street in a July 19 trade with the Padres, and he pitched 28 games for them down the stretch, converting 17 of 19 save chances. Overall, the 31-year-old right-hander posted career bests with 41 saves and a 1.37 ERA in 59 1/3 innings, striking out 57 and walking 14. 
Street has collected 275 saves over 10 seasons, putting him fifth on the active list. He's saved at least 20 games for six straight years.The Angels also declined their $4.5 million option on lefty reliever Sean Burnett, and returned lefty Brian Moran, a Rule 5 Draft selection, to the Mariners after he cleared outright waivers.Burnett signed a two-year deal with the Angels before the 2013 season, but appeared in only 16 games for the club, including three this year, due to injury. The 32-year-old underwent his second Tommy John surgery on his elbow in June, and the club now owes him a $500,000 buyout.Moran never pitched for the Angels, undergoing Tommy John last April. He posted a 3.45 ERA in 48 relief appearances for the Mariners' Triple-A Tacoma affiliate in 2013.
